Dont hire. Dude took 350 bucks from me and showed up with two migrant workers who destroyed my furniture, drug my mattress through the mud, and hurriedly tossed things where ever while laughing about it. I hired them for two hours and they were there for maybe 45 minutes total. They even through my chainsaw on top of their boss's jacket and destroyed it. Dude has no control over his business. Don't hire.

So we went with this company because of the reviews. However our experience with this company was pretty terrible.
Here is a list of things that they messed up because of overbooking/understaffing and poor quality of care.
Broken Dishes
Broken desk's
Hardware taken apart but not kept in central location
Lamp shades were destroyed
Boxes were not handled with care and movers were seen dropping and plopping "fragile" boxes
Mattress were provided with sleeves, but they were not used. Items came in dirty.
We had a 2 part move where our things were transferred to a storage unit when we moved

I called first thing this morning to book a move. The receptionist was great! She sent the form for an estimate and gave me times available to move 4 items in our home. Unfortunately the guy who sends the estimate didn't get back to me until too late in the day to confirm the appointment his representative said was available. We only have 4 items to move within our home. I was willing to overpay, just to get help. Now he says the appointment his office gave me isn't available, and neither is the back up date she gave. Recently moved to Olympia, WA - my third military move in about three years. This moving company has exceeded my expectations and stands out as the BEST delivery of household goods in my career. The driver ripped the phone line off the side of the house by backing into it. and then tried to deny it and argued belligerently in the middle of the street right next to the sagging line when I came out to help. Then tried to cut the line themselves and talk their way out of it. Luckily I was there and I have an amazing landlord that came quick and handled it. The managment never called me back.
