Engine gone up, Hyundai will not cover it. Will not give me a loaner because they haven't received approval from Hyundai for assistance or my warranty company. Second issue with this car since I purchased it from Cedric and now dealing with Carly in service department, saying, "ok" when I told her I will never purchase a car from them again and I will be sending in a complaint tells you what type of customer service they provide, NONE!!!! I'm out here catching rides to and from with a child who has some medical concerns.

My son recommended I visit Cedric at Pohanka when I mentioned needing a new car with more utilitarian options. This is our 2nd Hyundai. Prior to purchasing our 1st Hyundai we never went to dealer for service. We have never gone anywhere else for service since the 1st purchase. If our Salesman (Stanley) sees us in waiting room he comes in to check how everything is. We are very pleased with our Service Writer, Austin Irving. Keep up the good work (and the great employees)

If I could give more than 5 stars to Pohanka Hyundai and Garrett in the service department , I would. FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY.
Before calling Pohanka, in Salisbury, MD, I called Winner Hyundai in Dover because I live in DE,. Asked if they could pick up my car. No. Asked if they had a loaner. No. Asked if a burned out starter was covered under my warranty. They said they couldn't tell me. AND, they said I'd have to leave my car for ONE or TWO WEEKS because they are so backed up.
Called POHANKA. Asked if they could pick up my car. They said Hyundai Roadside could and gave me the number. They picked

Pohanka Hyundai is awesome. We were traveling and the front passenger seat stuck in the reclining position. We googled Hyundai locations. Stopped at Pohanka and they fixed the seat and washed the car. Great service. Thank u!
