This was our first house project and we cannot say how great it was to work with Ivan. We have heard horror stories from friends about remodels with different general contractors - that did not happen with Ivan!
My husband and I had an idea of the general vibe we wanted for our kitchen/living room but Ivan made it happen better than we could have imagined! He helped guide us with products and realistic choices, all while keeping in mind the style we wanted for our home.
He communicated with us daily, made sure we were completely aware of what was going on with the project and where are budget

Giving 5 stars to a contractor, never thought this was possible given past experiences but Precision Home Builders deserves them and more!
When I had to hire a contractor for remodeling our kitchen (tearing down some walls, moving the kitchen from one place to another in the house...), I met with a few of them and Ivan was the most honest and convincing. His proposal was very clear, detailed, setting the expectations in terms of time and budget the best.

We recently used Precision Home Builders for a house extension and were very pleased with the finished product. We had in our minds eye what we wanted, Ivan was able to duplicate it perfectly also adding some nice refinements we had not thought of. We had 6 foot added to our master bedroom, a walk in closet and wood flooring installed, this also involved a roof extension, A/C relocation and all painting, fixtures and fitting brought to match perfectly with all the existing. Ivan did a large portion of the structural work which was very professionally finished, all the contractors were punctual

Ivan is a pleasure to work with. He will give you very close personal attention through every step of the process. He helps you understand all your options, and the associated costs and benefits. He is very detail oriented, and very good at managing multiple sub contractors at a time and adhering to a tight schedule.
