Fast service, they offered to even squeeze me in the same day, but I waited until the next morning. They kept me updated on the ETA of the technician and he arrived within ten minutes of the last status update. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem, explained it to me (which was great because I know nothing about hvac!), and fixed the problem.
NVAC was the most dedicated & responsive of all 4 estimators. While the others sold their systems, NVAC took the time to measure the house, air ducts, & assess our needs. The next day NVAC provided the results of their analysis with various options. We liked this approach because it gave us the opportunity to make the best informed decision & make our own trade-offs.
Our a/c broke and we were told by another company that our unit was old and should be replaced. We were getting estimates and the rep from Northern Va. AC told us we should just repair our AC. Northern Va AC came out the next morning at 7:00 am and had our a/c fixed by 8:00. It's working great! These guys are great!

The company did a really good job diagnosing my air conditioning problem and describing what was wrong with my system.
NVAC were spectacular. My basement went from cold to worm within 24 hours thanks to their well-thought out plan for heating my basement. I am very pleased and would highly recommend them for the future! Courteous! On Time! Cleaned up Well! The communication between the company and myself was excellent.

I just had my first experience as a true homeowner and had an issue with my AC. Nguyen came to my condo and was very honest about not being familiar with the system but did an in depth look into everything he could. Then Tonya took the time to try to find the part I needed and communicated everything. I really appreciate the amazing customer service throughout the entire experience. Tonya is very professional and these days that is hard to find.

Chris came to do my seasonal AC checks. He was fantastic. He walked me though everything he was checking and why. He didn't recommend any specific repairs, but told me to watch a couple of things that might be indicators of problems down the line. I feel I'm a far better educated homeowner after his visit. Top notch service.

Many thanks to James for his knowledge and expertise and his team (Bob & Josh) for a major repair to our HVAC and giving us "cold" air again. Hot attics are a challenge with the current weather. We have had a contract for service with them for 18 years because they are reliable.

Eric came out to check my unit. In the process he discovered a serious electrical issue. He took the time to identify the issue, explain what what happening and tell me what my next steps should be. He was polite, patient and helpful. I've been using this company for the last 3 years to maintain my HVAC system and I've always had good experiences. I will say Eric's customer service goes above and beyond though.

My wife and I woke up on the day after Christmas to our home's temperature reflecting 50 degrees. We fortunately were referred by our contractor to Northern Virginia Air Conditioning who came out that same day. The HVAC technician (Eric) quickly diagnosed the issue and explained each step as he fixed the issue. I would highly recommend this company.

All of our needs as customers (since 2011) have been met with an excellent (5-star) quality of service that continually exceeds expectations! NVAC offers outstanding technicians in the field (Chuck and James are extremely competent & knowledgeable.) Customer care from the office is exemplary ( Tonya takes all calls & promptly meets the needs of customers and George makes himself available to resolve more complex problems such as warranty issues, etc.) We will continue to recommend NVAC to friends, neighbors and family members.

I highly recommend this company. After a much less than satisfactory experience with another local company we were fortunate to find them. I cannot recommend NVAC highly enough. Prompt, friendly service and reasonable rates. The same technician (thanks Eric!) has been to do our regular maintenance each time and I really could not be happier.

These guys do great work and value their customers. The owner, George, consistently answered my questions and drew-up and re-drew-up estimates a few times so we could find the best fitting equipment at our budget. He also recognized the need for a simple and relatively cheap fix of adding a return that changed the climate of one room we thought was previously inhospitable during the summer. He carries quality equipment and has good, courteous employees.
