ATTENTION DISABLED CUSTOMERS: I was in need of a plumber. I called for general information about this company and concerning the work I needed. The plumber was very rude to me and actually told me he did not want me as a customer because I would not let him talk and then he hung up on me. We were not arguing about anything. He was not understanding something I said and was about to go into an explanation about how much more that would cost and I simply tried to stop him before he wasted both of our time. (I am disabled and was having to stand due to cell reception and my voice was giving out).

Called to get a rough estimate for getting gas into home for cooking. I was so appreciative of the fact that the gentleman took the time to try and give me as much info as he could so I can determine the best course of action.
