This is the first time using StainStompers. Melissa came out to clean our couch, love seat and chair. The first thing she arrived 15 minutes early! If you have kids or pets or live in your home then this is the company to call! I have called them several times and have had both James and Melissa show up to clean! Not only are they amazing but super professional. They communicated they were on their way, showed up early and did an amazing job! I love their work so much so I am looking for more things I want cleaned. They did my area rugs and two rooms and we could not be happier. We had stains that we didn't even know what it was that they were able to remove. Saved me from replacing my carpet. If you need anything cleaned from couches
