Donnelly Construction, Inc. was formed in 1977 specializing in the fields of Commercial Renovation, Building Restoration, and Condominium Living Units.
In the rebuild design, it was decided to add an additional 2,500 s.f. to bring the total leasable space to 30,500 s.f. of new warehouse. The new building was constructed using a combination of structural steel and wood framing techniques in order to provide 50'x30' grids and minimum of 18' plate heights.

The Woods Coffee Building is located in the parking lot of Birch Bay Square Shopping Center and was constructed during the redevelopment project. In order to prepare the site for a new drive through coffee complex, site demolition included removal of existing asphalt paving and relocation of existing utilities.
