Overhead Door replaced my old garage door which didn't seal properly and had inadequate safety measures that had been installed incorrectly for decades. I felt the price I received for the new door (double faced, insulated), all new garage door track, torsion spring, and labor was extremely fair. The crew was done in 4 hours with the replacement. The door is secure and seals tightly against the opening.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The old man that “runs” this place is the most rude and unprofessional person I’ve ever met. I have seen him publicly berate employees and potential customers. I genuinely feel sorry for every person that has to interact with him. I would NEVER recommend using this company.

Highly recommend. 100% customer service. We had three garage doors serviced and maintenanced: one broken spring replaced, three weather striping seals replaced. The crew of Sam and Yulier arrived on time, worked efficiently and answer all of my questions. I even had the transponder activated in my car; now I can open the garage door from my car without a remote.

Called on Tuesday, they were out Wednesday morning. They were able to make a spring to replace my broken one on the spot, and the replacement was of better quality. They also found a crack in a panel near the opener attachment, which could cause a major problem down the road since my door is so old and no replacement panels exist. They reinforced this, and lubed all the rollers, tracks etc, all at a cost well below what I had in mind.

If I could give this company no stars, I would of. This company sent two guys who tried to convince us that a whole new system was needed and that the current one was installed backwards! In fact, all it was was a broken spring! After putting the cons in their place, the garage door was mysteriously working after the spring was fixed! Do not trust them!

They did a fine job replacing the torsion springs on the garage door, and the fellows came out quickly to do the work, and the labor fee is fair. I'd give 5 stars for that. However, prepare to be overcharged by a LOT for each torsion spring. I checked to see if the springs had gold in them somewhere, but no, they're just normal replacement springs.
