Paid in full for Bluestone pool coping! Had to get police involved to get my materials! Look like a child cut the stone. Inconsistent sizing and poorly crafted. Do yourself a favor and do not use James for any type of service. He does not return calls and will give you nothing but excuse and unprofessional quality and craftsmanship! If you even are lucky enough to see your product. I got mine because a warrant for his arrest was in process for non delivery of sales of goods. I paid him in Ct. not New York!

Who ever does your accounting is making a big mistake. Nothing was ever credited back to me on my credit card, that is an absolute lie!
maybe that should be the name of your company instead of absolute Bluestone. Do you really think if I was credit what you say that I would be wasting my time suing you?

I'd select 0 stars if YELP allowed. Drove up from the NYC metro area after placing an order for pick up. James avoided answering phone calls nor replied to text messages. The least he could have done was advise that he was unable to provide what was ordered so that I didn't spend an entire day in Brewster trying to get in touch with him. Very irresponsible behavior for a business. Very inconsiderate.
