On a trip just passing through where I thought I’d be stranded for possibly a long period of time I was welcomed and well taken care of by everyone at the shop. The customer service was exquisite! Dealing with the service department at Anderson Ford was the best experience we have dealt with.
I called Saturday while our truck would not start at a local pharmacy I spoke to Ryan he immediately sent a technician over to see if anything could be done to get it started. Which wasn’t the case once I called Anderson Ford back and spoke to George in the service department he assured me they would look at it on Monday he directed me what to do as far as getting a tow to Anderson Ford.
He even text me his number so I could reach out to if I had any other questions through this whole experience

My poor Ford Escape broke down in Kingman and Anderson Ford came to the rescue! Luckily I had a warranty that even though gave an awful experience, Lacey and the team at Anderson were amazing. Always communicating what was taken place, quality work, and even though it took over a month to get my car back (warranty company) they tried everything to help me out. Thank you Lacey and the Service Team!

Traveling from Cedar City UT to Phoenix. Our truck started having some serious issues. We called Anderson Ford in Kingman to see if they could help us. Lacey, their service advisor, told us to bring the truck in to see what was going on. They took the truck in quickly. Found the problem and resolved the issue right away. We got back on the road, happy as can be.
They were quick, very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We even were given drinks and snacks while we waited. One of the employees even showed us where we could charge our phones while we waited.

The communication between customer service and owner was outstanding. I knew exactly what was going on as far as repairs and each step was clearly and professionally explained. Ron was kind, courteous, he established our needs and ensured our peace of minds. Priceless!!! A huge thanks to all who were involved in getting my dad's car back on the road.!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
