I contacted Precision because I wasn't able to enter one garage door due to damage and they were able to come out the next day. Mr. Melvin was courteous and professional and came by at the exact time he estimated. He was able to solve the problem with that one door and install an opener on the other. The price was reasonable. I'm very pleased with them and will recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you!!!!

Our garage doors finally quit on us. I called Precision, and set up an appointment for 8/18/21. The tech, Marvin Roby, called within the window that was set up and gave me a 30 minute warning, showing up on time. He was very personable and professional. Marvin, looked the doors over gave me some options and then went to work. Mr. Roby is very good at his craft and doesn't mind explaining 'how things work'. If I have any future issues, I'll be sure to call again, Thanks.

These folks are very professional. They scheduled my appointment ; called me to let me know he was on his way, and replaced my garage door opener in an extremely fast time. Then, he took the time to show me all of the features and answered all the questions that I had.

Please stop and do not call another company because Precision Door service is the BEST. Was on time and Marvin was a professional door mechanic. He went right to work and his experience came to life he had my new spring installed and had it adjusted in a little while. I have been dealing with a another company for over a month they had to order a spring and Marvin had many on his truck. Trust me save your time and money call Precision and ask for Marvin.
