Company has a horrible business model!! Have had to call them numerous times to try and get a appointment. When she does answer she told us both times that he would call us to schedule a appointment.. WTH why even answer the phone if your not able to schedule a appointment . Wanted to use them because they were local and many people have recommended them , but if you can’t even fulfill a promise to set up a appointment there is no way I would trust you to do any work for me at all. I’ll be calling a professional to have my work done. Unbelievable!!

I conducted business by phone from Florida on family cemetery property in Montgomery County, VA. The estimate for removing old fencing and installing new was conducted without any face-to-face contact with the owners of the business. Once the estimate had been accepted, the fence was installed in one day. Pictures taken by the contractor show a nice, new fence, and reports from visitors confirm a good installation. Pictures are attached.
