Hamza was great. He helped me throughout the whole process(I’m out of state) He was patient answered all of my questions and concerns. Me living 5 hours away made the process a bit more difficult but he made sure to take care of me and work with me while I got the loan through my bank. Hamza stayed true to his word and held the car for me while he received the check in the mail even when other customers showed up wanting the car he respected the deal he had already begun with me. I drove up from Indianapolis picked up the car drove it back 0 issues car runs as good as new. I have nothing but

If I could give Top Gearz Auto Center and Hamza 6 stars, I certainly would. Hamza went absolutely above and beyond to get me a top quality car at a great price. I did mountains of research on dealers all over the country, looking for a used Toyota 4Runner that was in good shape that I wouldn't have to break the bank to buy. I live in Hawaii but was looking for a car for my cottage in Maine, and most dealers wouldn't even talk to me unless I was able to be on the lot. Hamza repeatedly, over the course of a couple weeks would FaceTime with me, crawl under cars, put them up on lifts, get second opinions

We stumbled upon this auto salon by sheer coincidence and lucked out even further by finding the exact vehicle we were searching for. The owner is professional, courteous and honest and not pushy in any way. He went above and beyond to detail the car so that it glistened in the inside and out, as well as offer a warranty on certain parts. It's worth mentioning that there is a great selection of vehicles at Top Gearz which are reasonably priced. We will highly recommend Top Gearz to our friends and family when they are ready to purchase or trade in their vehicle.

Sold me a beautiful Honda Odyssey that had around 3 problems and advertised it as perfect. Stated he would take care of one problem and he would help me pay for the others-but failed to do so with one repair that had us stranded within 10 minutes of leaving the dealership- he did come fix it but it was never properly working until we replaced the part. Felt cheated and lied to. What started off as a good transaction turned into drama.

Hamza even stayed late to finish our paperwork and had his maintenance crew go over the car several times to make sure that it was detailed to perfection and ready for its new home with us.
