We chose Servpro to clean our carpets during a very stressful move. Titus and his crew were timely, professional, friendly and very accommodating. They were able to get the job done around my moving. After a stressful day of packing I went upstairs and my carpet looked brand new! I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any of the many services they provide. The good folks at SERVPRO of Kershaw and Lancaster Counties came down to help with the National disaster we had here in Texas with the Winter of 2021. Millions of people were without power, their homes were cold and their pipes burst and we did not have enough help to deal with all the water damage. These boys rode in with their white hats and white horses and saved the day! Without them who knows how long it would have taken us to get a vendor on site to deal with our water damage. I can HIGHLY recommend this company and this team. They were punctual, competent, diligent, patient with stupid questions

We contacted Servpro after some water damage to our home. The service we received went well above what we were expecting!! Everyone was extremely nice and explained things in a way that we were able to understand them. Water damage is stressful enough so it was really nice knowing that things were being handled professionally! Would recommend them to anyone that would need their services!!

ServPro came and cleaned my carpet today. Let me just say there are companies who clean carpet and then there’s ServPro. Titus and Charles arrived on time, were courteous and actually interested in making sure my needs were fully met and that I was satisfied. They were professional, competent and thorough. When they finished it looked as if I had new carpet put down not a sloppy wet mess that would take days to dry.

Servpro of Kershaw & Lancaster Counties did an emergency repair for us (Habitat for Humanity of Lancaster County), to help us help a disabled senior citizen right at the Christmas holidays when work scheduling is difficult. They gave us a reasonable price, a good response time and job turnaround, and did an excellent job. They also followed up a couple of days after work was performed in the same area by others, to be sure no further repairs were needed. We highly recommend them!
