The Belle Haven Club has been fortunate enough to have had the expertise and knowledge of Frank Mullaney, and subsequently, The Beacon Projects Group behind several major club renovations over the past twenty years. Our first experience with Frank’s leadership was a $6 million club reconstruction in 2002 where Frank, as Construction Manager, oversaw our clubhouse building removal and reconstruction on new pilings both on time and on budget, no easy task.
Frank has remained with Belle Haven, in an advisory role, completing thorough bi-annual inspections which has allowed us to maintain our facilities

The Beacon Projects Group has provided both Owner Representation and Construction Management services on several of our projects.
