We hired this company to install a new AC unit. One year later it stopped working. Luckily I had a warranty and a "free service call" if I ever needed it. Well, one mention of the word warranty and they are refusing to come out and even look at. We have all original paperwork and promises in writing. The secretary who answers the phone is rude and obviously used to dodging people who had shady work done. She told me "the repairmen don't have cell phones" so she can't reach them. Eventually she said she didn't even have a phone.... even though we were talking

Wish I could give 1 star. I purchased a living social deal for the duct cleaning. I have seen so many companies advertised on groupon and living social and the accompanying bad reviews of these companies on Yelp. When I saw the great reviews for this company I decided to give them the chance.
Setting up an appointment was easy as their rep David was very accommodating. They even came out on the weekend.
The 2 techs first pulled open the cover for the unit and looked inside with a flashlight. They told me I had mold and It does not even make sense to do the duct cleaning because of this. By this

Had this company come out because I found them on Groupon for 39 dollars they would do a 29 point inspection and up to 1 pound of freon.. Perfect because my year old system froze up on me and I needed to know if there was to much or to little refrigerant in system or if there was something else causing it to act up..so after waiting on a no show apt one day the guy shows up seven pm two nights later unscrewss two screws to system in garage prys it open and says its frozen ..lol OK then proceed to go outside to compressor takes off side cover and tells me he doest have the keys to unlock it to check

This is one of the most reputable companies I have worked with in regards to AC work. I had just moved into a new place and there was that "old house" smell. So I purchased a Groupon and they come right away. As soon as they walked in they were like, by the smell I can tell your AC is dirty. I was like no crap! That is why you are here LOL
I explained that I moved in a few days before and noticed it. The air quality was so bad and I was congested and felt sick every morning I woke up. They showed me the unit, there was mold and mildew actually on the coils and it was disgusting.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!! WILL BREAK YOUR UNIT ON PURPOSE!!
I called this company because my AC wasn't blowing cold air. I spoke with Vicki and David and they both assured me that they do FREE estimates. The technician Jacob arrived and immediately without saying 3 words started messing around with the unit. after around 40 mins. he comes inside, claims that it was a bad air capacitor and that I had mold inside the air ducts and should install a UV light or something of the sort. he then said that he has already changed the capacitor and is looking to receive $375 without providing any

We used a Living Social deal which is how we found this company. I called and spoke to David to come to do an AC vent cleaning and 29 point inspection. He was able to schedule a couple guys to come the next day which to me was a good thing because our house was getting warm. We figured they would find a problem why our house is warm when doing a 29 point inspection. Well, they came and hooked up a vacuum to the downstairs vent and I asked if they were going to clean all the other vents and Jacob (the AC guy) said that all the vents connect to this one vent. This is by far the WORST company I have ever had to deal with. THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. They had me waiting all day, promising they would show and never did. When we called the manager David, he was unprofessional and very rude, hung up the ph on my husband various times. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are truly unprofessional.
