Please set your mowing height to at least 3 inches for the spring, and try not to cut off more than 1/3 of the grass blade per mowing (cut when your grass is 4-5 inches high). Keep your cutting blade sharp, and do not collect your clippings (unless you have grass clumps), as they return nutrients to the soil as they decompose.

Set up a regular schedule for your yard maintenance. After an initial consultation, we can set up an annual plan to make sure your yard is always at its best! If you love caring for your lawn, but just need some help with fertilizing and aeration, we can schedule those services. We also do consultations to answer questions about your yard.

When he was available he would cut the lawn and leave debris all over the patio furniture, plant beds and vehicles. He was notified of this by my husband and nothing changed. I wanted to cancel months ago but my husband wanted to give him a chance. Linares Lawncare has been so much better and I recommend calling him if you want above and beyond service.

One real service per month is not acceptable. We’ve watched Rob Concha drive pass our home several times in the past months and not even look at the entire yard nor service the yard. However, he would still invoice me monthly for $133.75 for one cut per month. We have clove looking weeds growing in the backyard with no signs of dying. Clearly he's not cleaning his equipment properly. My neighbors do not have them so it's obvious that this is brought to my yard from his lawnmowers. Leaves from the clean up piled up at the fence line. He brought a new member last week to assist and stopped him
