We had springs break on our garage door. Our garage door is 16' x 7 and very, very heavy and couldn't be opened by hand.
Called North Shore Overhead Door and left a voicemail late morning. I received a call back from the owner within two hours and one of their service reps was at our house early that afternoon and replaced the springs.
The owner asked me a series of questions to determine the spring was actually broken and that the service rep would have the right springs to complete the job. The service rep was knowledgeable, friendly, answered our questions and made quick work of the broken

I have utilized their services a few times over the past couple of years and they are fantastic to work with. They come out quickly to help and always show up on time. The owner was also nice enough to help me troubleshoot an issue I was having over the phone to help save me some money. I can’t recommend them enough.

I needed to get into my garage on a Sunday, with the Patriots playing! It was hard to find anyone to help. The owner of the business came over before the end of the game and fixed the door. Not only did he fix it, he oiled my neighbors garage door because we used his electricity. The best part is that he was less then anyone else and did the best work. I would use him again in a second and recommend this business to all.

Honest, Helpful and Very Professional. A great experience. When I had trouble operating my electric entry door, Chris Mitchell (owner) gave me helpful and free advice on the phone instead of simply coming out and charging me a service fee.
When the time came to replace the garage door and install new locks/remote access, the process was smooth and cost very reasonable.
