My AC stopped working after the lights dimmed at my house. I shut it down for the night hoping it would be fine in the morning. Well, it wasn’t. My son was visiting and said he knew of an AC guy who lived in his neighborhood and he had heard nothing but great things about him. I gave Eric a call and within a few hours he was at my house, explained exactly what was wrong, changed out the parts and was super friendly as he worked in the 100 degree heat. After the storm we experienced here in Lake Charles we thought that we would be without heat for quite some time luckily we were referred to Eric and he came out that same day, gave us a quote and came back two days later and finished the job, snow still on the ground and temps still freezing. We cannot say how thankful we are to have him be in charge of fixing our heating system.
