Overall a good company and a good product. The turn around time from ordering to installation is pretty slow. We ordered in sept 2020 and install was Feb/March 2021. We ordered a sliding glass door with a foot lock, but a lock and key on the handle was ordered and installed and forgot to install screen. They didn’t come with enough men to install window on 2nd story so they had to schedule another day to come back. It took several days to weeks to get a call to schedule and they were trying to fit us in last minute which doesn’t always work with our schedules. But we got it done and the finished

My entire experience with Windows Depot was excellent. From the sales person to the installer to the office administrators, they all were professional. They clearly explained the process, next steps and details of my new windows. The installation team was on time, updated me as they went along, and cleaned the entire yard before they left. My new windows are wonderful, high quality and look beautiful.

professional and delivered on time and as promised. The installation crew were punctual and professional Communication was good and the crew did a great job cleaning up once the install was complete. The new windows look great and made an amazing difference on how the house looks now!
