I bought my house 19 months ago. 13 days after closing a water supply line broke in the 2nd floor in the middle of the night that damaged all the flooring. The company brought in through my insurance did a great job with the remediation but the restoration was a nightmare with them doing awful work, putting in cheap flooring and pocketing the money (yes, fraud). Anyways, after 14 months I was able to finally to get the flooring replaced. Decisions about which type of flooring was the first but as a tile lover, I finally decided on wood looking tile. I researched tile sellers & installation companies

We have used them several times and today they installed Luxury Vinyl plank flooring in our laundry room. They did a beautiful job and always go the extra mile. I started my project in April, tearing up my floors. After several installers coming over for estimates and not getting good vibes, I found Avanti tile & stone and immediately felt like this was the place. Janeth greeted me with a smile and kindness. She answered all my questions with honesty and helped me out considerably showing me the tile that met my needs. I especially like the idea of buying my tile from the same place where they install with years of experience. Hector came out to measure soon after I chose some samples. Hector & His team recently finished our Shower enclosure remodel. They did an excellent job helping select a matching tile & grout. The install team was very polite, great craftsmanship & they always left the job cleaner than they started. Hector inspected the work & even followed up a week later with a thank you card. Excellent customer service.

Waited a week for an appointment. Took the afternoon off to meet Hector. He no showed and never returned my call even after calling his office. I posted a negative feedback in the FB page and he responded and said I didn't want them to call me back. Very unprofessional. He still hasn't called me days later.

We called Avanti when we woke up and found that our sink had fallen through our granite counter (Avanti DID NOT install our granite) Hector came out with 24 hrs. and took a look. He was able to come back the next day and fixed us right up! They were on time and very easy to talk to. They understood what I wanted (I had some other things done to my granite that the company that installed the granite didn't do) and fixed everything right up! Very reasonably priced and overall a great company! Would definitely recommend to my friends!
