Drek was professional and spot on with his time frames. His quote was a lot cheaper that the others due to a lower overhead (imo). His guys came in between 7-730 and worked all day with just a lunch break to get it done. They cleaned up very well and I haven't had any issues with roofing nails anywhere. I would say I'd use them again next time, but if the quality of product and installation is any indication, that won't be for another 20 years! I would definitely recommend them.

We had some unusual circumstances and a short timeline, but they worked with us to make it happen. The crew was great, considerate, and thorough in cleaning-up. Drek brought the contract to our house, we discussed replacing the metal on covered steps he said they could do that, we talked about replacing the skylights I told him I wanted to the capability of opening them because my husband is often gone during emergencies and I'm alone - he said not a problem he would take care of that. He stood in my house he looked at the skylights knowing they were almost 15 ft from the floor after paying additional $2,000 I cannot open the skylights because the handle attaches to the skylight itself. We asked to keep the leftover pieces of metal that we paid for and

The installation crew was friendly and respectful, completed work in 2 days and did excellent job of cleaning up, great job. The price was reasonable, the best quote I received. Overall, we’re very pleased with the communication and the timeline. The finished product looks great and passed four point and wind mitigation inspections with flying colors. It would’ve been nice to have those inspections included in the overall service; however, DAC does not do these inspections. We were a bit unprepared for the extent of the mess from the shingle removal and are reasonably satisfied with the cleanup afterwards. The work crew borrowed a small amount of gas from me to run their compressor for the last hour of the day and they brought me five gallons the very next day. We

I was overall impressed with their workmanship. Though, when faced with an out of scope issue, the front office was very difficult to work with. I needed some direction or their experience to direct me to fix a vent issue. They told me I was on my own, which I personally fixed the issue. No help, no guidance or support from DAC. I understand their scope of work didn't cover this issue, though some guidance would have gone a long way.

I replaced a 20+ year composite shingle roof with a metal roof installed by DAC roofing. DAC was recommended to me and I chose DAC because their BBB rating is A+ and their quote was competitive. DAC did a great job. Very professional and it looks fantastic. I have 2 chimneys and a couple of attic vents which they worked around beautifully.
