Worst service ever! Hired him to open our pool this year. The pool was worse, like a swamp. Called him to report the problem and come out and correct. Was told very busy, it will be awhile. He never came back at all, never called us, but had the nerve to MAIL US A BILL FOR $500.
WAS QUOTED $300. We had to hire another company to fix his screw up.

King's Pools helped me when I moved into my home in West Chester. I had never owned a pool, the previous owners had left the pool in quite a state of disrepair. Chester came out, gave me an estimate, answered my questions (multiple times) and replaced the torn liner along with various other upkeep. He and his folks have always been good to me and I have come to rely on their great work each year.

Hired to open our pool last year and they didn’t complete the job. Promised we would be swimming by the end of the week, took the cover off, removed some leaves and installed the rails, zero treatment of the water. Then tried to sell us a new filtration system....Truly disappointed!
