After many months of hard work on a project, there is nothing more rewarding than showcasing the final product and this custom home renovation is one we are incredibly proud of. Once just a tiny bungalow, this newly renovated Decatur home has been elevated into a modern white brick home filled with functional and flexible living spaces perfectly suited for its homeowner's lifestyle.
This classic 1920's historical craftsman need a little TLC and a bit more space for a growing family of five. We removed the rear exterior wall and existing bedroom, kitchen, and deck. We added a gracious master suite looking out onto a wooded lot. We added a gorgeous kitchen with a massive island that is large enough for a large family to gather round and a lovely appliance package including a wolf cooktop.
Winter Avenue began as a small 1920s classic craftsman bungalow. The owners have a growing family and needed more room to spread out. Once we removed the exterior wall in the rear of the home to add the addition we found a massive amount of termite damage, foundation issues, and other structural problems!
This Druid Hills home was in desperate need of an update. We opened up the floor plan and added a floor system to the outdated vaulted ceiling in order to create a media room upstairs and then finally gave all of the bathrooms and kitchens a fresh new look. The lighting and fireplace are true focal points of the home as well as a freshened up exterior!

My partner and I had such a smooth and easy time working with Level Craft Construction and cannot recommend them enough!
They were completely transparent during the entire build by sharing a Google Calendar with us so we could follow along with the process 24/7, and their flawless in-house design team helped us get exactly what we wanted, all while staying within the budget.
Virginia and Debbie made what could have been incredibly stressful, fun and exciting instead. Their patience, understanding, and willingness to really listen to our needs is something we will be forever grateful to them for
