Owners ladder fell off my roof broke 6pieces of siding in the front of my house his own contractor priced job to fix it at $11.000 thousand dollars. The siding can NOT be matched his so called insurance only will cover $3.000 so I guess I'm out$8.000 to replace it. After 100 messages left he would not answer my calls so much for fully insured. Stay away from this company it's been a horror show totally unprofessional nothing but BS dealing with this company so stay away or you will be next

This review is long overdue. Nor'east is the most professional company I've come across in a long time. They came to my home in Dec 2020 to inspect my chimney, made the necessary recommomendation of repairs we needed. We schedule the work for April of 2021. Justin and his crew worked very hard installing a new liner and cap. The Masonary work to repair our chimney bringing up to code was outstanding. My husband and I are so pleased with the final outcome. So if you are in the market looking for a chimney company stop and contact Nor'east you will not be disappointed. I just had a massive job completed on 3 deteriorated chimneys at my home. The workmanship by No’East was incredible. The hardest working guys I have ever seen! Really easy going, but polite, professional and left my house and yard immaculate. Great at problem - solving , too. I would never use anyone else and highly recommend them!

Noah from Nor'east Chimney & Vent was wonderful to work with. He fit me in on short notice, was punctual, his inspection was very thorough and he did a great job explaining the problems that came up. He is very friendly and easy to work with; I would 100% work with him again.

Nor’easter Chimney is outstanding. I had them come out to clean and then a second time to repair a few issues that weren’t dire but would just increase the longevity and life of the fireplace. Great communication, excellent work, clean and knowledgeable. The owner is quick to respond to calls and emails and his employees are willing to walk you through their work and suggestions without the upselling.
Highly recommend them for your chimney needs whether it’s repairs or cleaning.

Nor’east Chimney & Vent is the best of the best! Last fall they cleaned my parents chimney, and showed me where it would need a new liner... yesterday they installed the new liner. My father asked for a recommendation for a fireplace insert and we were excited to find out they install those as well! Thank you Justin and Noah!

These guys do great work. They did a very complete check of my two chimneys and followed up with some needed pointing. They also built and installed some BEAUTIFUL copper caps at a very reasonable cost. Also very responsive which is rare these days!

Clean, Professional and Polite. Did their work quickly and left with clear instructions on what needed to be done to fix my chimney and how to keep my fireplace in good working order. They didn't mind that I looked over their shoulder or asked a ton of questions. They educated me on a lot of things, and I grew up with a fireplace as my main source of heat! Their inspection also put my future buyers and real estate agent at ease.
