For us to put together a detailed budget and scope of work, we will need a design for the project. This is done through our designer, Linda. Our goal is to have all of the decisions made before we start the project - this ensures that the project stays on budget and on time. We will present our final estimate to you based on your selections, design, and all of the work that will take place to deliver a beautiful project.
Our recent renovation of St. Dominic Chapel was completed by Bailey Construction. It was a 3-month project, involving many people and ideas. Rob and his crew completed the project beautifully, but what is also important is how they worked. Every day we were greeted by each worker, and at the end of the day the job site was cleaned and prepared for the next day.

We have had Bailey Construction do work for us since 2014. There is no job too small or too big for them to handle. Rob always listens to what we want done and gets it done to perfection. In 2020, we had them remodel our master bathroom. They did an excellent job. Our bathroom is absolutely gorgeous.

Bailey Construction has built my shed with French doors. They have turned my back porch into a Catio. They have remodeled my kitchen and main bathroom. All of this was done with beautiful craftsmanship, and by an awesdome crew! Miss Linda, the design guru, made my kitchen and dining areas look bigger, and added additional new cabinets - without adding square footage! And I love my new window seat made by bumping out a window! It was a pleasure looking forward every morning to the crew arriving!

Words cannot express how pleased we are with Bailey Construction. We had a large remodel project which included a master bathroom and bedroom plus a half bathroom. Linda and Rob visited our home and listened to our needs. We were looking for ideas regarding our master bathroom and Linda designed several options for us which made our decisions easy. Rob advised us of the time frame and game plan. Throughout the process we were advised of upcoming events and all our questions were answered. As a former client of Bailey Construction I have to say they are a wonderful company to work with. My mid-70s colonial in Saginaw Township met all my needs but I had a few "wants" that needed attention. The only daylight came from a north facing slider. In addition, my dark brown brick fireplace wall and dark brown paneling made it even gloomier. My #1 request was to lose the brick and paneling and lower the fireplace so I would have room to hang a TV on the wall above it. I also wanted a few updates done to my kitchen. I met with the builder and the designer to tell them what I wanted. Linda,

We highly recommend Bailey Construction! We hired them to do a kitchen, main bathroom and master bathroom renovation. Both the kitchen and main bath were a complete gut and start over; while the master bath was not quite as extensive. The quality of their work is outstanding and they are meticulously attentive to detail. Rob is now our go-to guy!

This company is outstanding. My first comment is about quality. The team works together to produce a rare quality of workmanship. The final product of their work is better than I have seen anywhere. They are prompt and don’t waste time. They are flexible in what they do. For example, as construction was moving along, we had some different ideas from what we had originally planned. We talked it over, and they adjusted according to what we asked. Their work is truly beautiful. Price is right. If you are looking for quality work, this is the place to go to.

Bailey Construction has done 4 projects for us over a period of 10 years. The latest project was renovation of a kitchen/bath/porch area in our one hundred and fifteen year old home. We are still pinching ourselves every time we walk into these spaces. We feel like we just entered into an HGTV reno show. The crew and subcontractors were wonderful at their craft and arrived when expected. We got a professional, helpful, and creative team to work with. First Class!

Bailey Construction did not disappoint us on any level. They turned our 1972 bathroom into a beautiful relaxing space. They were great to work with and have in our home. Gutting a room and living with the progress was a little scary at first but it did not disrupt the rest of our home. They will be the first people I would call for future projects. We have worked with Bailey Construction on 4 remodeling projects for our home. One was our kitchen and most recently our master bathroom. I have always found them to be fair, responsive, easy to work with. Linda listens to what we envision and designs options that fit that vision. Rob and his team make it happen. The construction phase is never easy to live with but the team does their best to minimize disruptions and goes out of their way to protect the rest of the house.
