Found what I very confidently thought was a bed bug, even though we had no other signs. I called, and Allan came out about 20 minutes after that first call for an inspection and quote. He asked if we had bats, which we did just find in our house 2 days earlier. He suggested I ask an entomologist at MSU to see if it was a bed bug or bat bug (which I never even heard of). Turns out that it was confirmed to be a bat bug. Had it taken awhile for someone to get out here, or not tell me that it could have been a bat bug, I would have turned into a complete basket case awaiting treatment! I really appreciate

I work in property management and I looking for information on what I thought was bed bugs in a home... Come to find out, it was BAT BUGS! Who would have known?! Allen was extremely informational and came straight to the site to help us! It was a great experience and I will for sure be calling him for future work if it is ever needed again.

I cannot recommendation this company highly enough. Allen (I believe) came to inspect the same day we called. He was incredibly professional, helpful, and informed. We have had an unusual and ongoing pest issue. Allen was able to decipher that issue had actually not been identified properly and that the issue wasn’t bed bugs. He was very informed and willing to answer our questions. In telling us of this misidentification, we did not end up needing service. So, he did right by us even at a loss to his own business and service. High ethics! Again, I cannot recommend MI bed bug specialist more

I previously had another company attempt to get rid of them without success. Allan is very professional and easy to communicate with. The checklist he gave me was simple to follow and ever since the treatment has been done there has been no sign of bed bugs. In my opinion they are the best in the business. I would highly recommend this bed bug service!

Excellent service! Allan is very honest, dependable and reliable! I called him for an inspection at 7pm and he was at my house by 730pm; you can’t beat that dedication. Didn’t have bed bugs, but Allan identified that I had carpet beetles and he was back with 72 hours to spray them. Great guy, down to earth, very pleasant and trustworthy! If you are ever in need of pest termination, Allan is your guy! Support this hard working, local businessman! The only downside is he’s a State fan ... Lol! Go Blue!
