Received a cold call from Oscar today and I am offering input from the perspective of a potential client. If you are hoping to do generate new business/clients, it is *highly* advisable to respect what you are being told & information you are being given. I politely explained to Oscar after he repeatedly asked to speak with the owners, that as their assistant I was happy to pass along any information he'd like to share but that they are not and would not be available for him to speak to. Instead of providing that information and potentially earning a chance at new business- he repeatedly

Lack of communication and far from impressed!
We reached out to Jimmy's back in mid July for a quote on our roof, after speaking with several local roofers Jon from Jimmy's seemed to be the most knowledgeable… and actually took the time to inspect our roof to determine the root cause of the leaks we were having. Due to his diligence and knowledge we decided to go with Jimmy's for our new roof, we are now seeing that was a mistake.
They were originally suppose to start on our roof on August 24th, the project manager Mike Gibson came out the morning of the 24th and placed a Jimmy's sign in

Jimmy’s Roofing recently replaced my entire roof. Jon Mathes is knowledgeable, professional, punctual and a good communicator. The job was started and completed timely. The crew was punctual and efficient. The job site was clean at the end of the day and when the job was completed. I recommend Jimmy’s and would use them again for my roofing needs. My roof looks great!

Worked with David out at Jimmys roofing. This guy was brutally honest, and beat competitors while still providing equivalent products. I won't mention names but he was the middle competitor of three quotes and had The best mix of quality and price. He was more than $12,000 under the top price quote for the similar materials and work.

Mark especially has always been a great help with all of the issues and projects that have come about through the years. He is thorough, professional, knowledgeable and timely. Well, what can I say? It was a very frustrating experience, but in the end, Jimmy Stroh, the owner, stepped up to the plate and and made everything better. Jimmy is one of those guys who really takes pride in his company and his reputation. He is definitely a stand-up guy. And the roof itself is fantastic and should probably last 30 years or more! Also, Jim Huntsman (different guy than Jimmy) is a great guy and worthy of my respect.

Even with the problems I had, I know for sure, if I ever need another new roof, the only guy I'm calling is Jimmy!

I had a great experience. I am buying a building that Jimmy's Roofing did 2 yrs ago, they came out the same day I called, listen to my concerns checked it out and took pictures and are assured me that it all checked out just fine. Great, prompt service, a great job making sure I understand and all around impressive.

After several tries the owner himself made a stellar move and restored my faith in this company. Now I understand control over employees is very difficult, but they represent the owner and their work is a reflection of him. That being said, when and owner himself takes pride and ownership in his company and employees, that speaks volumes about his commitment to his customers. I voice my admiration for Jimmy and his personal commitment to make things right. Another chance is warranted and given with the renewed confidence the it'll be done right. Thanks Jimmy.

Horrible company. Never fixed my roof and send a massive bill. When I tried to explain it to them they turn the bill over to collections.

Don't use Jimmy's Roofing. They did show up promptly but the work they performed made the leaks worse. I wasn't impressed with the guys that showed up- acted like they could care less about their job. They tried to push me into doing unnecessary work. Then they charged over $ 800 for the short time they were there and now I can't get anyone to call back & discuss the charge.
DONT USE JIMMY'S!!!

This place has horrible customer service from the time they arrive at your doorstep. They will charge you the full price on materials and keep half and they will always charge for time spent at the hardware store. The work quality is what you might expect from an amateur doing odd jobs and their is no follow up when the job is faulty. And believe me they will get their money. The bill makes it quite clear that the customer has no recourse unless they want to be out hundreds more and deal with collectors.

Patrick took pictures of where my roof was in most need of repair. The pictures were clear and precise and he used arrows to indicate where exactly the damage was done from a wind storm and just being a old roof. Patrick gave me three choices of roofing projects from the least expensive to the most expensive. The prices were comparable to other… roofing businesses. I selected the most expensive as it fit my needs now and in the future. Jon Watson and his crew were like a whirlwind. They removed the old roof and placed the new roof in three days time. Im a painting contractor in Spokane and I use Jimmy's roofing when a customer of mine needs roof work done. They are very dependable, skilled and will answer the phone when you need them most! I just called to have them fix a leaky roof and they were all over it! Most of the time its like pulling teeth to get work done. If you need your roof repaired or need a new one, Jimmys is the way to go, they are highly reccomended!
