Deciding to build a home is an intricately woven choice and an even more complex process. However, GSMS has taken all of the hard work and difficult decision making out of the home building process. Our office staff works very closely with each home owner helping to walk the IDEA of building a home to actually, building your DREAM home.

In 2016, construction began for a new clinic in Live Oak at 211 Ranchera Street NW, just off US 129 N, behind Big Wood BBQ near interstate 10. Palms Medical Group office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, closing for lunch noon to 1:00 pm. Palms Medical Group Live Oak is currently housed inside the Health Department with two full-time providers offering primary care for patients of all ages.
The Brittany is a 4 bedroom/2 bath home with a large master suite featuring a walk-in shower, separate his and her closets, and a garden tub to relax in after a long day.
