Worst experience ever! I would not recommend this company at all. They were (1) day late due to an emergency which is understandable.
Charged nearly double the agreed pricing. Bathrooms toilets, mirrors, sinks and all light fixtures all still very dirty with most never touched. They did not clean but half of the refrigerator. They did offer to come back (3) days after my party to clean the refrigerator and wash the dishes which my neighbor already washed.
I definitely understand about emergencies that is not the part that concerned me. I would not have written a review at all if you treated me

I was a Bee Maids customer for about 2 years. After selling my house and moving to Dallas, I thought the least I could do was to express my gratitude with a public review. Their service was always excellent, their attention to detail was second to none. They were always very helpful when I needed special request such as letting my 2 fur babies in after the home was cleaned. This was my first time trying Bee Maids, and I am so impressed!! This is the best housecleaning I’ve ever received!! The cleaning crew worked hard and left our home so beautifully clean. I can’t express my gratitude enough for how amazing these hardworking technicians did! Extremely thorough all the way down to turning my toilet paper roll into a beautiful folded design! The owner was very polite and accommodating during appointment scheduling. Receiving notification before arrival is very helpful and appreciated. I will absolutely use their services again, and definitely recommend it!

The cleaning was less than adequate. I have paid another service less than the amount they charged and gotten a much better job. Another service - My fully furnished house was cleaned by one person in the same amount of time as Bee Maids with two people and next to empty house. Bee Maids did not do as good a job. Even neglecting the shower niche , corners and under furniture. Was not going to leave a review, but they kept pushing, so here goes. Would not recommend.

I have with Bee Maids for over a year. There is no greater feeling than coming home after a long days work and finding a spotless home! Bee Maids is exceptional! I wish I could provide more than 5 stars! Allow me to reiterate, since day 1 I have allowed them access to my home ALONE. Having a reputation of TRUST was key to me, so while I am working, they are cleaning! They leave simple accents throughout that make you smile and also demonstrate their attention to detail. Simply outstanding! BRAVO!!

The ladies did a great job for getting our house ready for sale. I was out of town so my daughter/realtor came by to over see things. She was very impressed by their THOROUGHNESS and PROFESSIONALISM. So was the photographer that was there to take the pictures. I've already reached out to the company and tipped the ladies $100. Yes they were that good!

Very impressed. We needed a move out clean so I went onto Yelp to do some research and Bee Maids had some of the best reviews - so I thought I'd give them a try. The gentleman who answered the phone when I called was so bright and chipper. He made me feel right away that I made the right choice. Our cleaners were on time for our clean and did an amazing job. Team 2! Woohoo! I have always wanted to hire a service to help with household cleaning that I can't get to, but thought I couldn't afford it. I am now spoiled by having the service and never want to go back to the stress of trying to manage it all on my own! I run my own business and it has gotten busier with each year, so that I just don't have Time to scrub toilets and bath tubs and floors. These ladies have taken that burden off of my shoulders! If you're considering that extra cost, let me tell you- it's TOTALLY worth it. The stress you save yourself far outweighs

Not all "Maid Service Companies" are the same. We have used others before. We will not be using anyone but Bee Maids going forward. We live in the Fieldstone development in Richmond and have had tons of companies come by and promise us different things. We have been using Bee Maids for over a year, and I have not had 1, even little, complaint about them. If you want your cleaning done right, call Bee Maids.

Two months ago, Team #2 provided the premium level cleaning service in my home. I was so grateful for the time as the house was spotless! The carpet and rugs were cleaner and softer than I have seen them since we moved into the home. It was also wonderful that there was only a clean scent after they left - no strong medicinal or chemical odor. The next day I went to the hospital for a scheduled c-section. Upon return to my home 4 days later, the house still looked and smelled clean It was great peace of mind for me and I will be using them again!

Oh my gosh. We just had our house deep cleaned by Bee Maids and all I can say is wow. They did an amazing job on our home. We are currently cleaning our house to put it on the market and Team 2 did an outstanding job. They cleaned the walls, windows, tile, fridge, bathrooms, carpet, etc. The job they did was throughly awesome. No residue anywhere or missed spots. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend Bee Maids for anyone's home in the future. Outstanding job. And remember team 2!

Wow !!! Bee Maids Team 2 just left my house after doing the deep clean. Wow again, the house is cleaner today than the day I moved in almost 10 years ago. I cannot believe how good they cleaned and how fresh the house smells. The deep cleaning was to get my house prepared for sale and they did not disappoint. The 3 ladies cleaned every nook and cranny, and wiped down everything. They even cleaned the inside of the refrigerator and freezer and detailed the inside of the oven which I had just self cleaned a week ago. The price is extremely reasonable for everything that was done. I wish I had gotten

From talking with Jorge about what we needed to the day that Aimee and Erika came to clean the house, I was impressed. I have had experiences with a lot of maid services here in Houston and Bee Maids is the best. I would highly recommend them. They have cleaned my house several times and I am always impressed when I come home. I think it's normal and human to miss a few things but I haven't found that they've missed one thing yet! They are busy so it can be difficult to schedule but it's worth the wait. They do such an awesome job!!
