I was so disappointed in the communication with Van's. If you have to deal with Van's , skip talking to Jeremy and go right to Lance, that's all I'll say about that. A little effort goes a long way to keep people happy, we received less than that. Unfortunately, if I have some future construction needs at our house, I'll probably call someone else.

We had a great experience with Van’s. Closing date was on time and we didn’t have any major delays which is surprising due to all the shortages with Covid. The only thing that we couldn’t get on time was our cabinets which we were able to upgrade so there wasn’t any delay. We are very happy with our new home!

We just love our house. It’s been 2.5 years since we bought our home from Van’s. We had a great experience with customer service. Jeremy even gave us some pointers on the construction of the porch columns so we could hang our flag. The insulation is fantastic in the house; we find that it really helps with our energy bills. The built-in millwork is really well done too. I would not change a thing. Thanks Van’s for building us our dream home !!

Bought a VANs constructed house 8 months ago. In the amendments, the grout in the tile (in the kitchen and hallway) were supposed to be fixed as it is chipping and looks terrible. This is a 3 year old home. They had it fixed through the contractor. However it still is chipped and looks terrible. The grout color doesn’t even match. People are telling us it wasn’t sealed properly and do not understand how a professional could leave it like this. My fiancé called and VANs and the contractor just kept playing the blame game on each other and neither were willing to have it fixed and stand behind

My wife and I recently moved into a home built by Van's. We are pleased with the home and are really impressed with the service even after the sale. We have been working with Jeremy and he has made things very easy and professional. He has responded to any inquiries or questions we have had which have been very few because of the great work. The quality of the home is top notch and we have no complaints.

Phil and Jason from Van's were spectacular to work with. We had 2 previous homes that were new and Van's knocked it out of the park. Some builders would nickel and dime you but not Van's. They truly were fair price but the best was they were easy to work with. If I ever have the knack to build or move again my first call is Van's! Thank you so much for building my family a solid beautiful home!

We just moved into our new home built by Vans. They allowed us to be involved in the entire process and we were able to customize the house to make it our own. We decided to build a home in January of 2019. We did a little research on Van's at the suggestion of our realtor since they owned the lots we were considering at the time. We did meet with three other builders, but we went back to Van's based on the fact that they seemed genuinely concerned with just us, not about bashing other builders. We broke ground in March, and the process was super awesome. Phil was such an amazing advocate for us and while we had no idea what we were doing, Phil was always there to assist us in this process. He met every one of our requests, made sure things were done
