AmeriStor self storage is a facility where you can store your household goods or motor vehicle for as long as you may need too. AmeriStor is mainly a climate controlled facility consisting of 90% climate and 10% non climate controlled storage spaces. Ranging from the smallest spaces being a 5X5 and going up to a 5X10 and thereafter increasing by 5ft.

After reading the reviews here i decided that this may not be where i want to rent at because of mixed good and bad reviews the storys about the lady there scared me off lol. So im not even going bother calling this place till they can get a 5.0 rating from Google i am keep it moving from this place.

If I could give them zero stars, I would… The older woman that works there is BEYOND IGNORANT.. You should NOT work with the public if you’re going to be nasty… I took my business elsewhere due to her. Looking at their previous reviews now she seems to be an on going issue…

Lack of customer service. Old woman and man sitting at desk, complete joke. Rented a unit for 5 years and they treat their customers like trash.
Would recommend giving your money to ANYONE else in the area.
Lesson learned, take your business somewhere else.

Reliable, THEY ANSWER the phone when you call. They go above and beyond with their customer service. Adorable husband/wife team and SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL!!!

There is a guy thats up there... we asked for the rental truck that was 19.95 and told us he didn't have one as we were staring at the one sitting right outside the build... them proceeded to get on the phone and didn't say anything after that. So we just left.

Very nice people and easy to work with. They provided me with a storage unit in the time of need. It is a great place to store your extra items. I would recommend them to anyone.

They prorate to move your belongings in but not to move out. The owners are unprofessional and rude. The best part is Tom, Tom is super nice.

I spoke with Cathy on the phone to resolve some issues and she is rude. Terrible customer service skills! Thank god I was able to get help from Tom who has more of a pleasant demeanor. Tom should be the manager :)
