Renovations Unlimited is a full service, Michigan Company specializing in Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling. Guided by clients' aspirations, as well as their diverse experiences, the renovation designs by our Brighton remodeling contractors allow our clients to fully express who they are, while maintaining meaning to them.
We were in the midst of a major first floor kitchen remodel with a different contractor. He started off well and we began seeing extreme issues with his skill set. Our kitchen designer confirmed our concerns and recommended RU (wish I had gone with his ardent referral in the first place and saved thousands of dollars and time).
We understand that remodeling your home can be stressful, and questions may pop up throughout the process. We cannot say enough about the fantastic experience we had with Renovations Unlimited. From start to finish they were very professional, always on time, and excellent in keeping us informed of planning and scheduling. They completely remodeled our kitchen and master bathroom, with new flooring and paint throughout and it now seems like a new home. We would highly recommend Renovations Unlimited for your remodeling needs.

I can’t recommend Renovations Unlimited enough! They were professional, punctual, and excellent with communication from the beginning of the project to the end. Our basement renovation project was completed with attention to detail and craftsmanship. Our kitchen and dining rooms were small and cramped in a1950's ranch and Renovations unlimited transformed it into an expansive and beautiful great room. While our budget was small compared to some, the quality is excellent and the fit and finish is so professional. RU is timely and courteous with their communications and the company seems structured such that they can move crews around to various jobs as needed and so if one part was held up they would work on another. Work flowed. Everyone we came in contact with was polite and friendly and happy to answer questions. We can't recommend Renovations

Renovations Unlimited completed an interior renovation of our home that was completed in 2020. We did a complete overhaul of our kitchen, laundry room and living area. They were fantastic to work with and did an incredible job. They were always on time and showed up when they said they would. I was notified of changes and they worked well with me in accommodating the many changes that I made during the process. I would highly recommend Ed and his team at Renovations Unlimited.

Ed and his team did an outstanding job with renovating my kitchen! Ed was communicative throughout the entire process and informed me almost daily when his team would arrive and what they would be doing. His team was polite and nice and always worked a full day (which is why my kitchen was done in a reasonable amount of time). They also made a point of cleaning up every time before they left,.The attention to detail they paid attention to in my kitchen was amazing. I would highly recommend them and can't wait to use them again when I decide to renovate my basement.

Ed with Renovations Unlimited is great! All of his crew were professional at all times and their work was excellent. The remodel of my basement was done in a timely fashion. Below is a before and after shots of the same space. I added sitting areas and a bathroom. The best part of this job was Ed’s level of communication. I always knew when to expect workmen and if I had a question or concern, Ed got back to me usually within an hour. Excellent company to hire. I highly recommend them.

I was thrilled with my entire experience with Renovations Unlimited. Ed Buczkowski was a pleasure to work with: extremely responsive, fair, and great at managing expectations. Ed and his team renovated our front porch and replaced damaged trim board around our home in Ann Arbor. They came in lower than other quotes I received for the same work and as new projects arose, Ed worked with me to find solutions that made me most comfortable with the unexpected expense. I could not recommend them enough and will absolutely call them for projects in the future.

Our cottage room addition exceeded our expectations and we couldn't be more pleased with the results or the process. The thorough pre-construction planning resulted in a smooth, timely construction with no surprises. Our project involved several sub contractors all proficient at their trade and a pleasure to work with. Ed is a man of his word, pays attention to detail, worked with us and communicates well. We highly recommend Renovations Unlimited and would hire again for projects large or small.
