All utility services to the building will need to be disconnected such as gas, electric, and water. Some municipalities require a notice from the utility company that the service has been disconnected. Over the years, we have completed countless demolition projects for many municipalities, businesses, contractors, and individuals in central Illinois.

The lady who answers the phone is extremely rude. Me and my husband have been calling for 8 weeks now to see when they will finish the job. Our yard has been torn apart that long and all we get is the run around and attitude. I’m fed up and do not recommend this place at all. Who knows when our yard will be fixed because these people can’t give a straight answer.

June 8th 2019 called Litwillers talked to JENNY renewed my yearly septic contract and asked to have someone come out and pump the septic tank she said ok. I get home from work Friday mid afternoon and still have standing water in basement floor drain. So I call back to see when someone is coming out no answer so I call 24 hour septic service they offer no response. Saturday afternoon I get a call from JOSH says he's trying to get someone out to me, I figure ok they got busy. Sunday morning now still have standing water in basement floor drain. My wife and 3 kids 12 and under have lost there patience

Wayne came out and gave me several ideas of why my septic could be stopped up before just going ahead with the most expensive option. Turned out I had roots clogging the pipes! The job was completed in an afternoon with very little mess and built in protection against the same thing happening again! I would recommend Wayne Litwiller Excavating highly!

We hired Burling to install our new septic system, but apparently Litwiller is the only one around here that sells the tank system. Burling did great. After it was installed Litwiller came out to let us know it was the law that we had to keep a service contract with them and they were the only ones around we could have a contract with, RED FLAG. Also, when I flush tampons down that that isn't covered. I told him I would never do that (I don't even use them) he said well when it happens, he's charging me. Have had nothing but problems with our septic since they installed it in the house we purchased. They destroyed our entire yard, took down our shed and left it piled in our side yard w/o offering to rebuild it. Now our shed is bent (sheet metal) and unable to be rebuilt. They also took down our clothes line (concreted in the yard because we have a pool and use it for hanging towels) which they also never offered to reinstall. Excellent crews; have had here for two different needs: septic installed and also basement drain line repair/replacement. They were very accommodating in scheduling around my work schedule so I could be off work the day they were working here. I also know others that have had them do work, including contractors. I cannot say enough good about the experience I have had with Wayne Litwiller. I am a small business owner and it was devastating to find out that our 28 year old septic system would have to be replaced. We've had a contract with Litwiller for the last 3 years for our Niadic septic system. They are unreliable, charge a ridiculous amount for doing nothing-- it's now $240 per year, and they won't even come out to do our county-required sample testing when I ask. I will be ending our contract as soon as I can find someone else.

Do not use Wayne Litwiller Excavating. They put our septic system in 6 years ago and it has caused nothing but problems. When you call them to come out because you have a problem, they put you on a waiting list with no specific time of when they may get to your house. They are nothing but a hassle to deal with.
