Dimitri was excellent to work with. I got his name from another resident in Mt. Washington. That person said he was great and I can confirm that assessment. He returned my calls promptly and we scheduled an inspection to happen one day later...i have a fairly new roof (2013) but leaks had sprouted in four different locations. Dimitri understood the situation and went up on the roof to inspect. He went to the problem areas and in short order identified the probable issues. Dimitry and Timur did an excellent job on fixing some tricky flashing underneath my sliding glass door above my patio. It required taking the door out, making and adding new flashing and getting the old door back in. They did this with skill, they did it in a timely, friendly manner, they treated me with respect even though this was a relatively small job. Also the day was very hot, but they still persevered and got it all done in one day. Planning interactions were thorough, and they were able to do the job promptly and with no extra charge surprises when the job was finished. I would not hesitate

I had a unique roofing job. I live in an 1853 4 story brownstone on the second floor. In the rear of my condo, there is a bump out room with a third floor unit's deck on top of my bump out room. I was getting leaks into the walls in my bump out room and called several roofing contractor's out. Dmitry, the owner of Bravo Roofing, was the only one that actually pulled up some of the deck boards on the 3rd floor deck to inspect the roof below. The other roofing companies essentially sent out sales reps. He told me specifically what was causing my problem, and discussed the two best solutions

Was shopping around a roof replacement and came across Bravo roofing. They took the time to go over the different products and what would be my best choice. They not only used a drone for pictures but also got on the roof to show me pictures of the problematic areas. Got me on the schedule right away and got right to work. This is a company that is about their business and professional in all aspects. Some estimators didn't get on the roof and also didn't show me pictures of what the area of need was. Bravo also pointed up my chimney as well. Highly recommend!!!
