With over 43 years of industry experience, many as a general manager and supervisor, Billy Don found that with larger companies it was difficult to maintain accountability. That is why in 2011 he and his family started Billy Don's Air. With the ability to keep the company small, the Armstrongs are able to supervise projects more closely and ensure that the time is taken to get the job done right.

Billy Don was happy to explain what he was doing and why. We'll be using this company again. Don, and son Cory, did a phenomenal job replacing a ductless split system that had failed. After agreeing to a cost, they set about replacing the old system, but ran into a continual string of problems, much the result of shoddy workmanship from the previous installer.

My wife and I being military don’t know much about who to trust. Got introduced to this company by our Vet. And after using 2 other places in the last 5 years finally feel like we have someone we can trust and do the job right. We have horror stories from past experiences with another business. Cory showed up, explained our system and answered questions. Installed a wifi thermostat and is already going to come back out to fix issues missed or said to been fixed by previous companies. If you want someone who will treat you right and not just as a stop on the schedule give them a call.
