Shier Building & Renovations was founded in 2015 and our expertise, determination, and commitment to excellence is deeply rooted. The owner and founder of the company Andrew "Andy" Shier began working at a young age helping local farmers with a variety of tasks. Some of which involved construction which trust me was a lot more fun than his other duties.
While still in high school, his parents decided to build a new home right next to their old one. So, every day he got to come home from school and watch the contractors building the new house, that is when he knew construction was what he wanted to do. From there he attended college and received a degree in Construction Management while also enlisting in the United States Navy Reserves and becoming an Engineers Aid with the Seabees.

I'm a Realtor for eXp Realty - Love Ohio Living Team... I had a client that needed a couple of relatively easy fixes done ASAP in order to close on time and to meet a couple VA's appraisal stipulations.
Every contractor in town is busy, including Andy and his team. But after sharing a few photos and the scope of work via text with Andy he all but ensured me that he'd be able to get us in sometime quicker than what we were previously quoted.
Well Andy exceeded all expectations... he fit us in and made it out to save the day 24 hours later!
