Critical: Responsiveness
Was referred to by my home insurance. Waited 2 days to be contacted and never was. Tried calling and leaving voice messages for a week. They never answered or called back. Had to contact my home insurance again to find a new contractor.

Extremely poor response time. Called them but perennially put on hold. They pick up the phone and hang up. Engage with them only if you have few hours of free time because its guaranteed to be wasted in their phone / customer service

Pathetic customer service and results. They do not resolve the issue but only put a band aid on it for it to fail again later. Say they will call back and don't.
Other reviews are spot on. Contact them if you only want the minimum.

They are not very responsive and they do not return calls back in a timely fashion. I found them very hard to communicate with. They technician told us one thing and the lady at the front desk told us something very different. When we tried to get a clarification and a better understanding of the problem they were very curt with the communication. I would not recommend this place. Finally we just went to another applicable repair place to get our washer fixed.

SCAMMER .tried to rip me off and overcharge for a new pump. so I went some where else and immediatly the other professionals said it was most definitely not my pump, it was a clogged hose. I would have been charged again for this place to come back after they said it was the pump but of course it wasn't so meaning they scam! they would have had to come back and figure out it was the hose, thus getting me for over $500 .

101 Repair was designated to repair microwave and Stove by Fidelity home warranty. For the last 2 months they have been trying to get parts. Last time i spoke To them was 12 days back and they said parts will be there in next 7 days. I have since called them multiple times. No one picks up the phone. Their phone greeting says someone will contact us and leave a message. I did That almost 10 times. No one calls back. Please don’t use this company and if they are the DesignTed provider ask the warranty company to assign someone different.

I had a great experience with them today. It was difficult but they did a perfect job and my hood is working now. They were on time, honest and friendly. I would definitely use their services again for appliance installation and repair.

We were paired up with this company through our home warranty company. When we filed the request, 101 Repairs came out right away, had us pay our deductible along with some paperwork, and the gentleman went right to work. We thought that it would be something simple, but that's not how things go for us. He came back out to tell us that it was just a simple replacement of a computer board and it would be here by tomorrow. Fast forward 4 days later of no communication, we reached out to him to find out what was going on and he informed us that it wouldn't be in until the following week. About 2 weeks

Do not work with these people! 101 Repair was the second company sent to my home by Fidelity National Home Warranty to fix an ongoing problem with my dishwasher. As you can see from the pictures, the wash cycle does not dispense the soap at the right time so my dishes are coated with soap. Sam from 101 replaces a washer arm after checking the temperature of the water and the pressure. Same problem continued. Fidelity sent them out again, and today the workman told me that GE needed to come out because he could not fix it. I said that I did not want a THIRD business to come out, it was time

We called 101 Repair because our garage refrigerator was not cooling. The freezer worked fine, but something with the fan was preventing the fridge part from working properly. The owner, Sargon, called us about 30 minutes before his arrival to let us know he was coming, which we appreciated because it's always nice to have a heads up. When he arrived, he was extremely professional and let us know the motor wasn't working. He replaced the motor and when he was close to finishing, we remembered that the refrigerator light bulb wouldn't light up either... It had to do with some mechanical
