Charles was professional in every way. He answered each communication, made the appointment and arrived as promised, and was polite and friendly. More importantly, he did an excellent job at rekeying all of the locks in my commercial building. He is skilled and knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly. The price was well within reason. I will absolutely use him again and recommend him to friends.

Highly recommend this company! They are very honest which i love that is hard to find these days! They came to program my key to my vehicle little did i know i had already programmed it myself the day before. They were very honest with me and told me they didnt have to do anything so they didnt charge me anything for coming . Very nice and professional! This company is awesome! Honest, trustworthy and professional. I called the Mercedes dealership to get a new key FOB made and was told I HAD to bring it to them only as no one else could do it. Plus, the key FOB comes from Dallas, which would be another 4-7 days and I would have to come back to test it. Since I didn't like their tone, I called Elite Lock & Key, met them halfway (saving me 25 miles) and they programmed a new key FOB on the spot in 30 minutes. As an elderly lady, I rarely do reviews but felt it was necessary in this case. I was referred to Elite Lock by a neighbor who used them as I had only one key and needed another one made before I lost my original. Charles was so sweet and respectful in taking care of me. It was so nice that he was flexible enough to meet me on my time. Seemed like it was only 15 minutes before he was done and on my way. He even gave me a birthday discount, which was not necessary but very much appreciated. God bless him and his company.
