Up until this most recent incident, my previous experience with Mango Security has been with telephone support. On the phone, they have been able to help me adjust and program the different features of my alarm system, and they have been awesome.
On March 15th, 2017, a large storm with 2 feet of snow and high winds hit the Lake Winnipesaukee region. We had purchased a house on the lake a few months earlier, and I was on a Medical Mission in Honduras that week. I received call from my wife that evening that Mango called and reported the Burglary Alarm had been tripped, and the police had been dispatched

We have Mango Security Systems in our two homes. If a problem, such as a power failure or a low battery triggers a phone call from the monitoring service, I'm very glad to contact people I know and trust, not some nameless faceless remote bureaucracy.
Recently, we had such a call when we were out of state and Mango fixed the problem right away. They have keys to both houses and I trust them implicitly and trust in their knowledge and expertise.

Right from the beginning meeting with Steve, talking about what Mango offered, what we wanted and what was a suggested system for us, we knew we would be in good hands.
The process and installers were top notch, a beautiful job, no wires showing. The guys were neat, polite, extremely hard workers. All questions were answered and clear directions on operating the system.
We highly recommend going with Mango. Very pleased.
