I see the great reviews and know that these customers have not met the "real" Mitch. I've been his customer for about 15 years until today. He repeated his tendency to be rude and blow customers off. I think this guy has too much business in my neighborhood of Silverlake, but he has one less customer to worry about now. Years ago he advised me I needed to replace a lower panel, but yet when I emailed him as instructed he ignored me. I called and he ignored me. He did finally replace it when I was out of town and my daughter was home with a door she could not close. Well....he did

Awesome...had an early morning garage door incident...called my handyman who recommended Mitch with Accent Garage Doors. Called him and he came out asap. Got the job fixed...gave a warranty...reasonably priced...got it done quickly. I highly recommend Accent Garage Door. I believe we need to give props where props are due and Mitch gets 5 stars from me!!!!

It's amazing that in this age where bad service is all you see everywhere, there is still honest people who do business such as Mitch of Accent Garage Doors.
He replaced my broken spring with two springs and charged a third of what the last repairman charged me for the same broken spring problem. He even took some time to re-align the rails and made sure they're fixed to the wall real tight. He did a really awesome job fixing my garage door for a very reasonable price.

We have used Accent Garage Doors on more then a few occasions for problems with our garage door. On two occasions they came out and found nothing wrong with the equipment and it just happened to be us doing something wrong. They didn't even charge us there $50.00 call out fee. That after it would have absolutely been more then fair for them to. That just shows the character of the employees and company. We recently moved and once again had a problem and they were able to come within a couple of hours of calling without issue. There was a couple of things that the technician found in need of

Mitch came out on Oct 31 ahead of schedule. Note that this was the day that it was pouring down rain and power was out at my house and his place of business. He gave me the best price, straight up, no sales pitch or any other of the extra 'stuff'.
His people showed up right on schedule and spent the day installing my new door, track, etc, which. by the way, has all been working perfectly.
I highly recommend this business!

I just called Mitch this morning and mentioned that I couldn't leave my house because the garage door was broken, and that I noticed that the door spring had broken. He was out here in about 30 minutes, put in two new springs and left the door working wonderfully! Thanks Mitch, great job, it was very nice doing business with you.

Very appreciative of the prompt and efficient service that Mitch provided. I called and was able to be scheduled same day. I thought our tension cable was broken and fully expected to be told we would need a full replacement. Upon his arrival and inspection, Mitch determined it was not broken and was able to FULLY REPAIR and even restore our 15 year old garage door...AFFORDABLY! HONESTY in local business is not always the standard here in Pearland, so i sing praises of ACCENT GARAGE DOORS!
