We were looking for another vehicle after the current one was totaled in a wreck. After working with another dealer and not being satisfied we contacted Doug late one evening after hours. He responded back within minutes. Told him what we were looking for and the next day he called back stating he had found a 2 year newer car, 2018, than what we were looking at from the other dealers for the same price.
