That inspection has yet to happen, but I will post a second review after this whole mess gets completely sorted out.

John came out today on very short notice. He was very professional and friendly, and he let it be known that getting a new roof was not in my best interest right now. I appreciate that he did not try to upsell me in any way. You have to check it when it is time to get a new roof, I will definitely call him.

John was very helpful and took care of our roof repair. We had several tabs torn off due to wind damage. He matched the new shingles to the existing roof as much as possible. I had a follow up issue and sent John a email on a Sunday and he responded the same day and resolved the issue. Great service.

John came out the day before Thanksgiving to repair shingles that had blown off with high winds. He came out same day to replace 8 tabs of shingles. I already had spare shingles in my basement. He charged me for the labor and was very reasonably priced. Everything was clearly explained and he was very thorough. It was an excellent experience in professional workmanship.

He was helpful to collaborate about options to repair a complicated problem, and gave good explanations about the benefits of each. He scheduled the repair quickly and completed the initial work, keeping in touch to see if the initial work resolved all the issues. Most issues had been resolved with just one small issue left - he was quick to return to to fix that. Pricing was much more affordable and cost friendly than other estimates for effective work.
