The design of our pool is beautiful and I have to thank DJ for that. The main problems I have had with this company are its operations and customer service. It has now been 180 days since our project was started and we still have items to be completed. At contract signing, it stated our pool would take 70 days to complete. We are on our third project manager with this company since starting and not a single one of them has communicated with me. It has been very common to wait days and weeks for answers and their favorite phrase is " We will have an answer for you next week". I'm sure you will attempt

We Do Encantada Pools a Favor and They Treat Us Like We Owe Them Access Onto Our Private Land!
When our neighbor asked to use our private driveway to allow Encantada Pools to transport materials and build their pool, we agreed as long as we were notified before each use. However, Encantada Pools has never called us for permission before, time and time again, driving every form of vehicle on our private road!
When we called to discuss our concerns, Encantada tried to tell us that our private drive was public. When we try to explain the truth to them, they became belligerent and rude beyond comprehension

I shopped around a lot for a pool and Encantada Pools by far was the pool company that gave me a lot more for my money. They really made sure that we got what we wanted. Excellent customer service and the crew was very respectful and great workers. My back yard looks awesome thanks to Encantada Pools. I highly recommend them.

Horrible service, they can't get their appointments right. We scheduled an appointment at 4:00 today at the SAHBA home show, they came at 2:00 and of course no one was home. We kept repeating to the lady 4:00 and they still showed up at the wrong time. Also, no one called to confirm the appointment. Maybe if they had better customer service and would have confirmed the appointment, they would have showed up at the correct time.

The folks a Encantada Pools did a great job helping us design and install our custom pool design. They worked with some tight time constraints while producing high quality results within an affordable budget. We enjoyed working with the team there, everyone is enthusiastic and do a great job following-up on the details. They helped us turn a bland backyard into a tranquil oasis.

We had Encantada build us a pool and splash pad in 2016. They also designed our landscaping. It was a great experience from start to finish. And, we've had no issues since completion. I've contacted them a few times with random questions and they've always immediately responded. Really great company with really great people!

Encantada Pools exceeded our expectations in designing our backyard for us. We really wanted a great place for family and friends to come hang out and they gave us a backyard I like to refer to as our “stay-cation” yard. Not only did they design our beautiful pool and spa, but an amazing outdoor BBQ pergola area with a bar perfect for my husband to watch the games with his friends. We have received so many compliments on the design from various contractors, neighbors, family and friends. Chad and Jordan and the team are top notch and were very responsive to our questions. Although we had spoken to a very reputable pool builder who was very reasonable and we got to see his work on a couple of homes, I convinced my husband to give Encantada a try based on a neighbor in my community who mentioned that after dealing with 3 pool builders she felt Encantada was the most responsive but she actually begun her process in the winter when I'm sure business was slow. My husband and I were really excited to get a pool built by Encantada. They had good prices and options and seemed to be the best deal. Chad came out to our house to take measurements and discuss everything. He told us he would have our bid ready in about 7 days. We waited and waited for him to call us.
