I'm brand new to woodworking, but have some big ideas! My husband and I purchased an old house that had a lot of craftsman-style woodworking, so we're trying to match that style with everything we build. First up is a fancy bench cover for the radiator, which is going to have two legs on either end, which I bought from Osborne.
There's a few places one can buy furniture legs from online, but Osborne seemed above the rest in terms of variety and ability to search. Not only was I able to sort by style, but also wood type (had to have red oak to match the rest of the wood in the house

Fantastic customer service and good pricing. Shipping costs were not cheap but items arrived quickly and well packaged. Company reps even called with a status update that FedEx wouldn't deliver the package as scheduled. After delivery a day later, they called again to see if the everything arrived in good condition and if I was satisfied with product quality (it had and I was!).

While the products sold by Osborne are of Superior design and quality, communication from their team has been a MAJOR disappointment. I’ve been in business since 1995 and recently the specialty corbel and leg company I used decided to retire. Which has forced me to look for a new specialty company. I came across OWP a couple years back and decided to use them for the first time just this week (12-23-20). I won’t use this platform to go into detail but I will tell you new customers and existing, “buyer beware”. Communication isn’t OWP’s primary attribute and as a result of their failure

Couldn't be happier. Just bought a new sofa and the bun feet had wheels that would of destroyed my newly finished wooden floors. I sent in some images and basic dimensions and within no time at all I received them in the mail. Amazing customer service and final product. If only everyone I had to deal with where like Osborne Wood.

We have used Osborne for about 15 years and typically they are very good. However, several years back they stopped supporting the modification of certain items is 2020 Design. For instance we used to be able to modify a height of a turning or to use a half turning. Now, without those possibilities it make design appear very awkward at times. The last time I tried, Osborne wouldn't even discuss it on the phone. There are other suppliers that offer better design service. Too bad, because I like this company otherwise.

I occasionally receive a phone call to ensure the product arrived as described and I am happy with it. Great company with great products!

I am in the process of remodeling my kitchen. I had ordered some legs for a newly added kitchen island from an alternate source that were too large. They made it nearly impossible to return/exchange the legs and were horrible to deal with. We decided to google for another company that provided wood legs. We found Osborne wood and were happy with their online selection. Not only did I receive the legs within 2 days of ordering but I received a call the following day to confirm I had received the package and to ask about my satisfaction. The legs are great, and I am super impressed with the customer
