I was swimming in the pool when out of no where with no notice a big guy from your company started pouring bleach into the pool
I asked him to wait until I got out but he wouldn't stop... it was a frightening situation
I understand people are on a hurry but common courtesy and customer service is the minimum we should expect ..

I do not understand a few of the Yelp Reviews. I have lived on Miami Beach for 25 years and have tried several pool services. I had bad experiences with all of them until I tried Stella.
I might be paying a little more for the weekly service than my last pool company, but they are more than worth it. Stella's maintenance is far superior to anyone else's. The route Manager Edwin answers my calls not only during working hours, but even after hours and on weekends, which seem to be when my pool heater goes down. When I need a repair, Edwin makes sure the part is ordered Immediately and

We have used Stella Pools for about 5 years, their weekly service is great our pool always looks beautiful. Just recently we had a leak. The guys at Stella tried everything they could to save us some $$$ and search for the leak themselves, rather than use an outside leak detection company. Unfortunately we did have to use a leak detection company, Stella handled all of the logistics for the test. When the leak was finally found, after some trail and error on the detection company's side. Stella worked extremely long hours through the weekend to get the pool fixed and swimmable.

Very poor service-they practically destroyed our pool. we have a salt water filtration system and they said it was broken and would need to be replaced ($1500+) and we called in a different company and they said it worked fine--just needed some maintenance. we had several instances of water turning green and needed it shocked to fix it. on and on....

Would provide a zero rating if it was an option. Former owner is who we signed up with who was terrific. Unfortunately he sold the business (without informing clients) and the new ownership is abysmal.
New ownership happily up charges (lights, heater, salt every time he cleans the pool just like former reviews), sells expensive equipment, doesn't maintain or warranty work done, sends out electricians and up charges for their service and then doesn't warranty the work and tries to up sell the same services again. New owner is RUDE, arrogant, a horrific business person, not trustworthy

Under new management. Note how old the existing reviews -- 2013. My technician put 200 pounds of salt in my pool in December. I'm not wanting the Dead Sea in my yard. Then the customer service said they'd remove the charges, followed by the management calling and saying we have to pay. This is ridiculous and note they put more salt in January and February.
