I've gone to Liberty a few times for my glass needs. They have the best prices (I know I shopped around), are responsive and they have the quickest turnaround. I recently had an issue when someone they apparently just hired that had cut some custom glass for me unevenly. They gave me no hassle and had new glass cut for me the same day. They took the time to get my order right so I'm taking the time to write this review. I would recommend them to others as the first and only place to go for their glass.

I had such a bad experience calling liberty glass if I could do zero
where I asked if they can do a single pane on a window that’s double paned and the lady said no we cannot ..I asked are you sure and she said...ughhh..I know my job...
She was very rude
That’s not how you treat customers
I told them if they did my window for free I wouldn’t go to them

A workman I hired broke a picture window storm. (ya, done with that guy . .goes by Diamond Clean, I think) Liberty picked up, replaced the glass an will deliver when finished. I find them very pleasant to work with and competent as well! They didn't charge for the pickup and delivery, but it was a huge sheet of glass. Stupid window guy. .

They came highly recommended to us. We are a property management company plus we flip houses. The first couple projects they did a great job then they went down hill. One of our houses we wanted the sliding screen door repaired plus reinstalled. They repaired the screen door and left it in the garage. I called Lisa and asked her why didn't they install it. She sent them back out and then notified me that it was done. Went out to inspect the screen door and it fell on me. They never repaired the runner that holds the screen in place and said they can't repair it. No credit was given so we wasted
