Mike Adame gave me a bid that I considered fair for the job. He called the following week as promised and gave me a day and a one-hour window to show up. He showed up early in the window with his crew and tackled the job.They did a great job of topping and trimming my Acacia tree. They shredded the debris into their truck; cleaned up all the mess and then asked me if I was satisfied with the shape etc. When I said I was then they completed picking up and cleaning up. I was completely satisfied and I will use them again if I need a professional tree company.

We hired Mike from Trees West after big storm to remove trees and clean up the debris. He was unable to finish the job in one day and before he could come back to do the job, a family member did the work instead. Since I had paid in advance for the full job, I negotiated at $250 refund for the services he did not provide. He has never repaid the money, and has not responded to any of my attempts to contact him to collect it. I am not impressed and would never hire Trees West again.

The owner Mike came out the same day to give us quote on removing a tree and trimming another. I had several other companies out the day before Trees West and was not happy with any of their prices or their attitudes. Trees West took their time and really made sure we wanted to remove the tree because it was a pretty tree that grew nicely over the house in the past 9 years. However it was just too messy and had to go. The price and service we got from Trees West was fantastic, we highly recommend them.
