After years of saving and planning, Kitchen Living LLC made our kitchen dreams come to life and then some! Matt and Casandra Modglin are a lovely couple who approach the project like they would for a beloved family member, but with the professionalism of a respectable business. Kitchen Living LLC is awesome to work with! From the start of the project to the finishing touches. Matt and Casandra are on top of it all!. When we first met them both we KNEW we would be working with them on our kitchen remodel. What an amazing experience we have had with Kitchen Living, LLC. and our new kitchen is absolutely fabulous.
The first day we met Matt at our home prior to deciding on a kitchen design we knew it was the right fit. He was very professional, organized, thoughtful, and methodical in his approach. We drove out to his showroom in Marlborough and this confirmed our thoughts. He has a great CAD program that allows him to show 3D renderings to give a very clear vision. Matt even went out of his way to come and help us pick the perfect countertop, which was an hour away,

We had an excellent experience with Matt and Cassandra. They made our kitchen renovation so very easy. They, themselves, were easy to work with. They were willing to change with us whenever we wanted to make a change. We never felt rushed or felt that they were impatient. Their shop offered a number of options that we could actually touch and feel. It made choosing our cabinets and countertops so easy as we were able to actually see how things looked together. Matt made a great recommendation about a backsplash and his vision turned out to be just the perfect finishing touch!! As equally important

Knowledgeable, Professional, Always Prepared what more could one ask for? Matt gave us a great plan, pointing out issues we had not thought of. He was personable and thorough, showing up at various stages of the project to make sure the installation was as promised. Our installer (and much more) Joel was a delight to work with.

From the start Matt & Cassandra listened to our goals for the project & were able to help guide us from "kitchen renovation" to really maximizing our whole first floor using the kitchen as our hub. We brought some rough ideas to the table & they were very collaborative in their refinement & application of those ideas into the project. They helped pair us with a contractor who was great & gave us a sense that we were all working towards a common goal. Great communication & attentiveness to detail throughout. Would highly recommend them!

I am thrilled with the outcome of my kitchen. Matt was wonderful to collaborate with throughout the design process, we went through a few iterations along the way and my final kitchen has exceeded my expectations. Matt was very hands on throughout the process checking in along the way to make sure the installation was being done to specification. Joel who did the installation is a true craftsman, and made some suggestions I would not have thought of, and really made small details really stand out. When we met Matt and Cassandra, we knew that working with them would be a great experience. However, we felt the need to do some due diligence where price was concerned to make sure we were getting the best value for our budget. Here was the surprise - not only was Kitchen Living a better price than the "big box" stores, but the quality of the cabinets was 2 steps above what we would have gotten from Home Depot or Lowe's!
