We had a company that’s no longer in business, install our nice granite countertops. I called Luis from Rochester Granite Designs and he came over and fixed the issue for us. He was on time, had great communication and was very professional. I will definitely have him do our countertops in the future!

Luis and Rani were so wonderful to work with. Several samples in the showroom to look at. They had a sample we liked but Luis knew it likely wouldn't be available by our hopeful timeline. We showed Luis a picture of a countertop we liked, and he instantly had an idea of what it was. He made some calls and within a few days the slab was in their warehouse for us to look at. Less than 3 weeks later we had a new BEAUTIFUL countertop installed. We decided to add another piece of backsplash and it was installed in just a few days. The whole process was seamless. Fantastic experience working with Luis and Rani. They are wonderful at their craft. They were professional, flexible, timely. Luis paid attention to all the details when preparing the granite - he even made some adjustments to the fit of the small add-on pieces so they'd fit better and made a second trip to finish the installation, a sign of his professionalism and dedication to quality work! Rani and Luis of Rochester Granite Designs have been amazing from start to finish. My wife and I looked them up on a whim while we were in Rochester one afternoon and boy am I glad we did. For starters, once we picked out the countertop-they placed the order for the slabs we had picked out and had them cut to size and in our home in only a week!
